The Officers of the Committee of the Wisbech Yacht Club each have various roles which are shown below:
Commodore
The Commodore (or Vice commodore in some instances) will lead major events such as the Fishing competitions or Cruise in Companies when they are able to. The Commodore also co-ordinates all Club Activities and write Club Rules. The commodore also is responsible for future plans and development of the club.
Vice Commodore
Vice Commodore will assist the Commodore in several areas and possibly lead some of the Cruise In Companies if the Commodore is unavailable.
Club Secretary
Writing the minutes for each meeting. Providing members information via email. Newsletter. Maintaining the member database. Process new applicants and present them at committee meetings.
Events Secretary
Organising events both club and public. Organise press releases.
Treasurer
Maintains all of the Club finances.
